Rental Policies
At the ORC, we want to make sure that you can have fun, be safe, and have the best rental experience. Here are a few quick policies and guidelines that we use, as well as a copy of our rental agreement used whenever you rent equipment from us.
Reservations
Reservations can be placed up to 30 days in advance. You can make a reservation by calling (208) 496-7337. You can also visit us in the store during regular hours. There are some exceptions for reserving equipment. Contact us with any specific questions.
Prices and Payment
All rental prices are subject to change without notice. We offer multi-day rental discounts for specific equipment. You can view our pricing guides or contact us with specific questions.
We accept cash, check, credit cards or campus account.
