    • As the Savior was instructing His disciples at the Last Supper, He said "Peace I leave with you, My peace give I unto you, not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid." Discussion of how we can receive this great gift in a troubled world.

  • A Perfect Brightness of Hope

    • Nephi reminds us that we can fill our lives with a "brightness of hope" as one of the significant steps in preparing for eternal life.  In a darkening world this great gift is one of the greatest of the gifts of the spirit available to us. Exploration of  principles that will allow us to receive this hope and share it with others.

  • Guidelines to Happiness

    • The Book of Mormon teaches us that, "Men are that they might have joy." (2 Nephi 2:25). Joseph Smith taught that "Happiness is the object and design of our existence." President Monson counseled us to "Find joy in the journey - now!" (October 2008 General Conference) Exploration of how to find greater joy and happiness.

  • Of One Heart

    • When the Savior was asked which is the greatest commandment under the law, He replied with two great commandments to love God with all of our heart, soul and mind, and the second is like unto it, to love your neighbor as yourself. Exploration of how we can more consistently apply these great commandments in our families and other relationships to create a greater unity in our lives.

    • In all of our eternal hopes and dreams, it is the Savior's wonderful gift that makes their accomplishment ultimately possible. He will run toward us to help us overcome inadequacies. He is the Light by which we see all things differently, the Life through which we see how to live successfully, and the Love in which we can receive joyfully. Exploration of  how to receive that Light, Life and Love.
