Russell Gaede

Biography

Russell C. Gaede, Psy.D. was born and raised in California. He moved to Utah after he was married. He holds a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, a certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy, and a doctorate in Clinical Psychology. Gaede is the Executive Director of Life Enhancement Center, which is a local mental health outpatient clinic. He is an author and enjoys speaking at firesides and Education Week. He has three children and a lovely and supportive wife. In his spare time he enjoys running, cycling, and spending time with his family.

Class Outline

This lecture will focus on ideas to improve your marriage. We will discuss how to improve communication skills and how to strengthen the marriage bond. We will discuss the importance of forgiveness in marriage and how forgiveness affects our relationships with others. Research has shown a relationship between forgiveness and marital satisfaction. We will discuss how to improve forgiveness skills in the marital relationship.
