Webster received his B.S in Political Science and his M.S in Marriage and family therapy from BYU. He has experience as a Marriage and Family Therapist through Private Practice. He is also an Instructor at BYU-Idaho, teaching courses in marriage skills, The Family Proclamation, parenting, dating, courtship and engagement.
Byron is married to JoAnne, and they have four children: Dylan Webster, Aaron Webster, Ashley Wood, Becky Burt and a foster daughter Tabi Smith. They have twelve grandchildren.
Webster served as a missionary in the New Jersey Morristown Mission with JoAnne from 2011-12; and as a counselor in the Rexburg YSA 6th Stake Presidency. He enjoys travel with JoAnne, bicycling, golf, cars, and gardening.
