Teaching, motivating and training our fellow students how to live a healthy lifestyle; it's what we're all about.

Wellness Activities is a student-led organization within Student Activities with the purpose of helping students reach their health, fitness and wellness goals. Wellness Activities offers several different areas of services and opportunities such as fitness classes (Zumba and Yoga anyone?), personal trainers, nutrition coaches, fitness events, and so much more....

In addition, if you've ever wanted to help make a difference in someone's life through health and fitness then stop by the Student Activities Office across from the bookstore to learn about opportunities to get involved!
