The Fit for Life program is designed for any student, student spouse, or faculty member regardless of their age and fitness level. The Fit for Life Program allows individuals to achieve their own personal fitness goals in a fun and encouraging environment.

Sign up at the Wellness Center (Hart 152). There is a 25.00 charge (non refundable) that will be charged to your I Card.
Fit for Life starts: We will accept applications anytime throughout the semester if there are open spots.
You will attend weekly nutrition appointments and meet with a trainer on a weekly basis to help you reach your goals.

Teaching, motivating and training our fellow students how to live a healthy lifestyle; it's what we're all about.
In addition, if you've ever wanted to help make a difference in someone's life through health and fitness then stop by the Student Activities Office across from the bookstore to learn about opportunities to get involved!
