In addition, if you've ever wanted to help make a difference in someone's life through health and fitness then stop by the Student Activities Office across from the bookstore to learn about opportunities to get involved!
9 Week Challenge
Meet the following requirements to complete our 9 Week Challenge and win a free fitness T-Shirt!
· Participate in 1 Wellness Activities Evening Fitness Class Per Week
· Exercise 3 hours a week for 9 weeks
· Attend one Wellness Workshop. Record your progress online

Fit for Life
The Fit for Life program is designed for any student, student spouse, or faculty member regardless of their age and fitness level. The Fit for Life Program allows individuals to achieve their own personal fitness goals in a fun and encouraging environment.
Applications will be accepted until the program is full. Print if off here....
Sign up at the Wellness Center (Hart 152). There is a 25.00 charge (non refundable) that will be charged to your I Card.
Fit for Life starts: We will accept applications anytime throughout the semester if there are open spots.
You will attend weekly nutrition appointments and meet with a trainer on a weekly basis to help you reach your goals.
Be a BIGGEST WINNER Contestant. This program blesses lives and helps to develop a healthy lifestyle. We will help you reach your wellness goals.

There is a $45.00 participate fee (charged to your I-Card, nonrefundable) to participate in the program.
If you have been in the program in the past you will be put on a waiting list and contacted if you make the cut. We would encourage you to join the Fit4Life program. Applications are due anytime throughout the semester until the program fills up! ...
