Reading Center

Think of a reading tutor as a personal academic trainer to help you read and understand things you are learning.
You should get a reading tutor if you want to:
  • Understand your read
  • Remember what you have read or heard on a test
  • Read faster and more accurately
  • Understand critical vocabulary related to your major or college in general
Whether you are a 4.0 student who needs someone to discuss what you are reading or a multilingual student wanting to improve you reading speed, the Reading Center has you covered. All you have to do is click the button and sign up for a reading tutor or visit the Reading and Study Skills Center on the 2nd floor of the McKay Library.
